Capone…
This was a dangerous man.  He enjoyed the euphoria of the underworld.  He killed for sport.  To be the hunted one was “no fun” when Al Capone was the reason you were on the run. He was arrogant, a zealot for the extravagance that life had to offer and he was the Gepetto that controlled the politicians, judges, and the precincts in Chicago to no avail.  Al Capone is a legend.  He is such an icon, that his aura can be felt in Chicago on any night of the week.  When the streets are dark and glistening, with flickering street lights, the mystery engulfs the eve and your mind can allow you to travel back to dining in Colosimo’s Cafe, at 2126 South Wabash or Henrici’s and listening to jazz with Louis Armstrong and the Hot Six.  Al Capone is alive and well in Chicago…Cent’ anni!!!
